Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Nawa website and place an order. Nawa is a trading name of Dogan - Group B.V., Grotestraat 46, 5431DK Cuijk, Netherlands.

 

Orders. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, and a contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, and we will refund any payment taken.

 

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling for the United Kingdom and in euros (or your local currency) for the European Union, and include VAT where it applies. The full price, including any delivery charge, is shown before you pay. We accept card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, where available, local payment methods such as Bancontact. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

 

Our products. Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.

 

Age. You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

 

Liability. We take care to describe our products accurately. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

 

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
