How does the 90-day guarantee work?

If Nawa is not right for you, email us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to return the product, and there is no small print.

How do I take it?

Follow the daily dose on the label and on the product page, as it differs per product. Take it at a time that suits your routine and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Being consistent matters more than anything else.

What does shipping cost?

• United Kingdom: free on orders of £40 or more; below that, £3.95.
• Netherlands: free on orders of €55 or more; below that, €6.95.
• Other EU countries: €12.95 per order.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, at any time, in one click. There are no penalties and no restarting at full price.

Are your products tested?

Every batch carries a batch number. A certificate of analysis (COA) is available on request once the batch is released: just email us with the batch number on your pack.
