Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and 26 other EU countries. The United Kingdom is our home market and most orders go there.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and EU orders from our EU warehouse, so there is nothing to pay at the door.

UK delivery usually takes two to four working days from dispatch. Deliveries within the Netherlands usually take one to two working days, and to the rest of the EU three to six working days. In every case delivery will be within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you.

Costs

United Kingdom. Free on orders over £40. Below that, tracked delivery is £3.95.

Netherlands. Free on orders over €55. Below that, delivery is €6.95.

Rest of the EU. €12.95, with no free-delivery threshold.

The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and delays

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Occasionally weather, peak periods, or carrier issues cause delays.

If your parcel is delayed or does not arrive, email info@dogangroup.nl and we will sort it out for you. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
