Our reviews policy
This page explains exactly how reviews work at Nawa, who can leave one, and what we will never do. We publish it because you should not have to guess whether the praise on a shop page is real.
Where we are today
Nawa is new. Our first UK batch is only just reaching customers, so we do not yet have a body of customer reviews to show you. Rather than fill the gap with something borrowed or invented, we leave it empty and say so. When real reviews arrive, they will appear on the product pages exactly as they were written.
Who can leave a review
Only people who actually bought the product, through a verified order. We do not accept reviews from anyone who has not purchased, and we do not import reviews from other sellers, other brands or supplier catalogues.
What we will never do
- Write reviews ourselves, or ask anyone else to write one on our behalf.
- Buy reviews, or trade them.
- Offer a discount, a free product, an entry into a prize draw, or anything else in exchange for a positive review.
- Delete a review because it is critical, or hide low ratings from the average.
- Edit the words of a review to make it read better.
What we do moderate
We remove a review only if it contains personal data, abuse or discriminatory language, spam or a link to another shop, a medical claim about what the product cures or treats, or if we have clear evidence it is not from a genuine customer. If we remove one, we tell the person who wrote it why.
Replying to reviews
We answer critical reviews in public, under the review itself. If something went wrong, we would rather say so where everyone can see it than settle it quietly by email.
Reporting a review
If you think a review on this site is not genuine, email info@dogangroup.nl with a link to it. We will look into it and tell you what we found.
Why this page exists
Since April 2025 the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act has made fake and incentivised reviews illegal in the UK, and requires sellers to take reasonable steps to prevent them. This policy is how we do that. It is also simply how we want to run a shop.
